SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your order.

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All domestic clothing, stickers, and small item orders ship via USPS First Class Mail. When your order ships, you should receive an email confirmation that your item has shipped (please check your junk folder or spam inbox as well). Once shipped, please allow up to 1 week of transit time for your package to arrive. If you still have not received your order after 2 weeks, please email us with your order number and we will notify you of your order status.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM? Once an order has been completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return and receive a store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned.

Our policy lasts 14 days. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Sale items are all sales final (no refunds or exchanges).


SIZING

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
Size charts are found near the bottom of each product page to help you decide which size will fit best. Sizing charts are also linked at the footer of each page. (Please feel free to email us at info@blessedtogiveapparel.com with any additional questions on our sizing.)

WHAT IF I ORDER THE WRONG SIZE?
As noted in the returns/exchanges section above, if you order the wrong size, you may exchange the item within 30 days of the original purchase if it is still in brand new condition and the original tags are intact. See return instructions and address above.
