SHIPPING + RETURNS

SHIPPING

We ship nationwide. Orders are fulfilled/shipped within 24 hours of purchase on weekdays. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. Shipping in the United States generally takes 2-5 business days from the date of purchase depending on the shipping option selected. We are a Detroit, MI-based company.

We currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS). All of your shipments are tracked and you can expect to receive tracking information via email within 5-7 business days of shipment. Please note, that shipping election (first class, priority, etc.) does not start until after our processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, Blessed To Give accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving)

Blessed to Give is not liable as we have no control once it is with the postal service. In this instance, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was sent. Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Blessed To Give cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return and receive a store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned.

Our policy lasts 14 days. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
